We want you to love your Slip® silk products, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unused Slip® items in their original branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
